Chocolate makes it good

This is a super quick treat to prepare and who doesn't love chocolate, bananas and peanuts?  I would like to try freezing the bananas first and then adding the toppings next time....but I guess it might be hard to eat.  I used to freeze whole bananas when I was little and it would take forever to eat them as they were rock hard!

I used 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate to cover 2 bananas cut up into thirds

Melt chocolate in a double boiler

Skewer the banana makes it easier to top and more fun to eat!

I roughly chopped both roasted and salted peanuts and honey roasted peanuts

Right after dipping in melted chocolate and then topping with peanuts

After spending 30 minutes in the fridge for the chocolate to harden
