Chocolate Cookies Ole!

I love this recipe for Mexican inspired chocolate cookies.  (You roll them in a cinnamon + sugar [you can add chili powder too, but I have yet to try it as getting my husband just to tolerate cinnamon is a chore] coating before baking, this is the Mexican inspired part.)   They are super simple to make and I love how they expand and crackle once they are baked.  These definitely satisfy your chocolate craving and keep for a few days.
